We install and repair both traditional tank and tankless water heaters. Whether your water heater is leaking, struggling to keep up, or due for a replacement, we’ll ensure you always have reliable hot water.
-
Don’t let a hidden leak damage your home. We specialize in finding and repairing leaks quickly, from small drips to major slab leaks — saving you from costly repairs down the road.
-
Clogged drains and sewer backups are more than an inconvenience. We provide professional drain cleaning and use camera inspections to locate and fix deeper problems in your sewer line.
-
Need a new gas line for a stove, generator, fire pit, or grill? We install and repair gas lines safely, handling permits and inspections so you have peace of mind.
-
Many Atascocita homes were built with galvanized steel pipes that corrode over time. We replace outdated plumbing with durable PEX piping, improving water pressure, quality, and long-term reliability.
Emergency Service Hours & Availability
Monday–Friday (after hours): We respond to emergency calls overnight, outside of standard business hours.
Saturday: Our last emergency dispatch is at 5:00 PM.
Sunday: We are closed (faith-first, family-rest day).
Note: We don’t guarantee immediate response — if we’re already on another job, we’ll schedule the next available dispatch.
We recommend calling immediately in an emergency; even if we can’t come instantly, we can help you mitigate damage over the phone.
How We Charge for Emergency / After-Hours Work
Emergency work is different from daytime calls. Because we’re working outside of normal hours — often under pressure, with faster turnaround and less downtime — we apply an after-hours surcharge. The amount depends on:
Time of night (very late vs. early evening)
Type of issue (burst pipes, gas leaks, slab leaks, etc.)
Location & access difficulty
Materials & parts required on the spot
Our Policy:
The minimum charge for any after-hours or emergency service call is $400.
This is not the final price — it’s the starting point to roll a truck after hours.
The final flat rate is set once we fully diagnose the problem.
If you approve the repair or replacement, the emergency/diagnostic fee is credited toward your total cost.
Industry Standards (Houston area, 2025):
Normal plumbing calls: $150/hr (Not incl. Materials) during business hours
Emergency/overnight/weekend surcharge: 1.5× to 2× the base rate (sometimes higher in peak demand)
With Brazos, you skip the open-ended hourly billing. We’re upfront: you know the minimum before we arrive, and you’ll only pay a flat rate once the full scope of work is clear.
Common Questions About Emergency Plumbing
Q: What qualifies as an emergency?
A: Burst pipes, slab leaks, gas line leaks, severe flooding, or any plumbing issue threatening structural damage are emergencies. Drips or minor clogs generally wait until morning unless they worsen.
Q: Do you do free emergency estimates?
A: No. Because emergency calls require rapid dispatch and specialized response, we do not offer free estimates for after-hours visits. We quote based on what we find.
Q: Will you give me a quote over the phone?
A: We can sometimes estimate a base range if you describe the issue, but final cost depends on inspection.
Q: Do you guarantee you’ll arrive right away in emergencies?
A: We try, but we may be on another call. We’ll schedule the soonest possible time and walk you through temporary fixes to reduce risk.
Q: What if I approve the repair later?
A: Any emergency/diagnostic fees are credited toward the full repair or replacement cost if you approve service.
