Leaks beneath your home’s foundation can damage concrete slabs and weaken the structure. We use advanced leak detection to pinpoint the problem and perform reliable repairs.
-
Older or damaged pipes can crack, collapse, or shift, leading to blockages and sewage backups. We offer trenchless and tunnel repair options to restore your system with minimal disruption.
-
Roots often invade sewer lines, causing clogs and pipe damage. Our team removes root blockages and repairs or replaces affected pipe sections to prevent future problems.
-
As the ground shifts, sewer lines can break or separate. We provide comprehensive repairs that address both plumbing and foundation-related issues.
Sewer Repair Pricing
Sewer repairs are highly custom, so pricing starts with a proper sewer inspection.
Our sewer inspection is $250 and may include a camera inspection and confirmation of the problem area. If you approve the recommended sewer repair project, that inspection fee can be applied toward the approved work.
Most sewer repair projects start around $6,500 and go up from there, depending on the severity of the issue, location of the damaged pipe, access, depth, tunneling, excavation, pipe condition, and how much repair or replacement is needed.
No online sewer repair price is final. Final pricing is only confirmed after the line has been inspected, the issue has been verified, and a written quote has been provided.
Financing Available for Plumbing Projects
Brazos Home Services offers financing options for qualifying sewer, tunnel, and slab leak repairs, subject to approval. Ask us during your estimate, and we can review available options with you.
